Order Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.

How do I change/cancel my order?

If there is an error with your order, we strongly suggest you call us at 1-309-594-2700 as soon as possible as we ship orders out quickly! If you email us, we may not receive the email in time to stop the order from shipping out. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. Once your order has arrived, please visit our "Returns Page" to set up your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you submit your returns form, our returns department will contact you with further instructions.

How do I return a product?

Please see our "return policy page" for more information regarding product returns.

How can I get a tracking number?

All orders placed with a valid email address will receive shipper tracking information automatically via email. This email is dispatched once your order has been invoiced and the tracking number(s) have been generated in our warehouse. Please keep in mind tracking is typically available within one business day.

How can I track my package?

Here's how to track your parts order. Login to your AllSkidsteers account, go to the "Orders page", and click on the order number you would like to track. Next, scroll down to "Shipping Details" and click on the tracking number link. This will navigate you to the carriers website with up-to-date information on where your package is and when to expect delivery. ( If your order was placed over the phone, a tracking number will be emailed as soon as the tracking number has been generated in our warehouse. Please keep in mind tracking is typically available within one business day. )

How do I check my order status?

To check your orders status, login to your AllSkidsteers account and go to the "Orders page". Once there, you can view your current order's status. For more information, click the desired order number for Tracking Number, List of Order Contents, Print an Invoice, or Re-Order.

What if the parts I ordered are out of stock?

AllSkidsteers does not allow out of stock parts to be added to your cart, as back ordering is not available.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, AllSkidsteers does allow discounts on products bought in bulk. Please contact us for more information on bulk discounts and dealer accounts.

Can I pickup my online order?

Orders placed online cannot be pickup and must be shipped using the shipping service selected during checkout.

How do I know if a part fits my machine?

On most product pages you must select your machine's model and serial number in order to add the part to your cart. If the part does not fit your selected machine, an alert will appear saying "This Item Does Not Fit Your Machine" and will not allow you to add this part to your cart. Part numbers are included in the parts title to aid in your search.

What information do I need when placing an order over the phone?

Before placing your order over the phone, please be sure to have your machine's model and serial number quickly accessible to speed up the ordering process. Bill to and ship to addresses will be needed as well as a valid email address and phone number.

How do I print an invoice from a previous order?

To print an invoice from a current or previous order, login to your AllSkidsteers account and navigate to the "orders page" and select the order number you would like to print off. This will bring you to the "Order Contents" page from where you can then select the "Print Invoice" button.

Shipping Questions

My order is over $99, why is there no free shipping option?

If your order is over $99 but you do not have the free shipping option in your cart, it is ether because the shipping address is outside of the contiguous 48 states, or one of the items in your cart does not qualify for free shipping. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will display "Not Eligible for Free Shipping" in the item's title. For more information see our "free shipping policy".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, AllSkidsteers does ship to most countries. Please note some parts are not available for international shipping.

How fast does my order ship out after ordering?

All in-stock orders that are placed Monday - Friday before 2:00pm CST will leave our warehouse the same day you place your order. If an order is placed over a holiday that is observed by AllSkidsteers, your order will then ship out on the next business day.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All in-stock orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00pm CST are shipped out the same day. Depending on your location, the delivery time is typically within 1-5 business days from anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

How long does free shipping take?

Order qualifying for free shipping will ship via USPS or UPS. Depending on your location, the delivery time is typically within 1-5 business days from anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

Do you offer faster shipping methods?

Yes, during checkout you may select a faster shipping method such as UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day Air. All 2nd Day and Next Day orders will ship the same day if placed Monday - Friday before 1:00pm CST.

How do I change my ship to address?

To change your ship to address, login to your AllSkidsteers account and navigate to the "Addresses page". From there you can add multiple shipping address from which you will be able to select from during checkout.

Website Questions

A part is out of stock, how long before you have it again?

To get a current ETA ( estimated time of arrival ) of an out of stock product, please contact us.

Why can't I login to my account?

If you have made an account at AllSkidsteers.com and can't login, either the email address or password is incorrect. Double check the spelling of both your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password. If you are still having troubles signing in, please contact us.

Why can't I add an item to my cart?

If you can not add an item to your cart it is because either the item is currently out of stock, or that particular item does not fit your machine's model or serial number break. If you have any further questions on this subject, please contact one of our customer support specialists.
