If you need to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days, all returns are subject to approval. AllSkidsteers does not accept returns after 180 days of invoice. An RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number must accompany all returns. You can request an RMA number by completing our online Return Form or by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives. Some of our products qualify for free returns. In order for an item to qualify for a free return, it must meet the following criteria; 1. The listing must state free returns and 2. Fitment must have been verified upon checkout. If you need to return a product that is in new and unused condition within 30 days of invoice and your product qualifies for free returns, please contact one of our customer service representatives for details. Free returns are only available within the continental lower 48 states. AllSkidsteers® reserves the right to refuse any items(s) returned without prior authorization. Sold by the foot items are non returnable. Returns are usually processed within 3 - 5 business days of receipt.
Installed, altered, modified, assembled, and/or used products are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging and in new condition. All electrical parts will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If any component of a returned item is missing or damaged, the missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund accordingly. AllSkidsteers reserves the right to refuse any item that has been returned under false pretense.
Return merchandise packages should be shipped after contacting our returns department per the above instructions to our returns address below. Include your RMA Number in the package with your return, or display it prominently on the outside of the returned package.

DAMAGED, MISSING, or WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your entire shipment immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or wrong item(s) shipped must be reported within 7 business days of delivery by filling out the online return form or contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-309-594-2700. Please keep the product(s) in the original packaging it arrived in as our returns department may request a picture of the damaged item(s) and its packaging.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Address changes are only allowed on orders with typos in the street name, number or suite/Apt. number, city or zip code number. Please note once the order has shipped, the current UPS rates to intercept or change addresses for that package is currently $30 per shipment. The customer will be responsible for this fee before address changes can be made. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be changed. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons will be refunded minus shipping charges and can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
