If you need to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days, all returns are subject to approval and a 20% re-stocking fee. An RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number must accompany all returns. You can request an RMA number by completing our online Return Form or by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-309-594-2700. AllSkidsteers® reserves the right to refuse any items(s) returned without prior authorization. Returns are usually processed within 3 - 5 business days of receipt.

Installed, altered, modified, assembled, and/or used products are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging and in new condition. If any component of a returned item is missing or damaged, the missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund accordingly.  If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact one of our Customer Service Representative within 7 days of receiving your order. AllSkidsteers reserves the right to refuse any item that has been returned under false pretense.



Return merchandise packages should be shipped after contacting our returns department per the above instructions to our returns address below. Include your RMA Number in the package with your return, or display it prominently on the outside of the returned package.

Inspect your entire shipment immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or wrong item(s) shipped must be reported within 7 business days of delivery by filling out the online return form or contacting on of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-309-594-2700. Please keep the product(s) in the original packaging it arrived in as our returns department may request a picture of the damaged item(s) and its packaging.


Address changes are only allowed on orders with typos in the street name, number or suite/Apt. number, city or zip code number. Please note once the order has shipped, the current UPS rates to intercept or change addresses for that package is currently $30 per shipment. The customer will be responsible for this fee before address changes can be made. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be changed. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.


Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
