AllSkidsteers products are covered for manufacturing and/or material defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Defective parts will be replaced or issued a full refund excluding shipping charges. AllSkidsteers will cover return shipping costs on defective products if returned before 30 days of the original purchase date. If the defective product is returned after 30 days of the original purchase date, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
All undercarriage parts have a 1 year prorated warranty.
The product in question must be returned to AllSkidsteers to be inspected and properly tested in order to be deemed defective.
Warranty is not valid in the case of abuse, disassembly, alteration, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation of a product.
Original purchase receipt must be present when returning a product. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the product.
Approved warranty claims will be paid to entity listed on the invoice from AllSkidsteers. Warranty claims will not be paid directly to a repair shop or dealership unless they are the original purchaser of the product.
AllSkidsteers will handle most warranties in house, however, there are certain exceptions that will require the customer to contact the manufacturer directly.
AllSkidsteers is not liable for damages caused by a defective or incorrectly installed product.
Warranty is limited to exact replacement of the defective product or the exact amount paid on original receipt. All defects replaced at our discretion.
